  • For those small businesses and entrepreneurs that just want help with your 1099 Tax Compliance

I have spent the over the last decade working with Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners and one of the biggest areas that always is the most frustrating for them is the 1099NEC/MISC work. As a Solopreneur myself, I can understand that frustration.

Why 1099 Compliance Matters: If you paid $600 (2025)* or more to independent contractors**, gig workers, vendors, or landlords the IRS requires you to file 1099NEC/MISC forms. Missing this deadline can lead to penalties per form-and that's per contractor. My service includes reviewing your independent contractors, gig workers, vendors, or landlord list, tracking and receiving the W-9 form, following up, preparing, and filing your 1099NEC/MISC forms.

Don’t wait until January to do this 1099 compliance work, it will be harder to track down vendors and nonemployees. Plus the deadline is typically at the end of the January.

*- Per the new OBBBA Bill that was signed on July 4, 2025, the threshold amount will increase to $2,000 starting after 12/31/2025 for 2026 and will be adjusted for inflation every year after.
