This Privacy Policy describes the policies of Your Financial Maven® LLC and Samantha M. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.
I may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without any prior notice to you and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. 2. Digital Product Purchases
When you purchase a Digital Product (such as a financial guide, workbook, template, or any downloadable content) from www.yfmcpa.com, I collect additional information necessary to process and fulfill your order, including:
Name and email address for order confirmation and product delivery;
Billing address and payment details, which are processed by our secure third-party payment processor and are not stored directly on our servers;
Purchase and transaction records for accounting, legal compliance, and customer support purposes; and
Download or access activity to verify delivery of the purchased product.
Payment processing for Digital Product purchases is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Your Financial Maven® LLC does not store your full credit card or banking details on our systems.
All Digital Product sales are final in accordance with our No-Refund Policy. Purchase records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

YFMLLC respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and your number will be removed from our list within 24 hours.
You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including my phone number, email, and website.
Non-Sharing Clause: I do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. YFMLLC does not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
4. How We Use Your Information
I will use the information that we collect about you for the following purposes:
Processing and fulfilling Digital Product purchases and delivering purchased content;

For Digital Product purchases, transaction and purchase records may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years in accordance with IRS recordkeeping requirements).
I may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping or reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask us to share (port) your personal information to another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to us to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws.
