I have spent the over the last decade working with Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners and one of the biggest areas that always is the most frustrating for them is the 1099NEC/MISC work. As a Solopreneur myself, I can understand that frustration.

If you paid $2,000* or more to independent contractors**, gig workers, vendors, or landlords the IRS requires you to file 1099NEC/MISC forms. Missing this deadline can lead to penalties per form-and that's per contractor.

My service includes reviewing your independent contractors, gig workers, vendors, or landlord list, tracking and receiving the W-9 form, following up, preparing, and filing your 1099NEC/MISC forms.

*- Per the new OBBBA Bill that was signed on July 4, 2025, the threshold amount will increase to $2,000 starting after 12/31/2025 for 2026 and will be adjusted for inflation every year after.

My fee is $500 a month if you sign with me prior to November 1, 2026. After that date my monthly fee is $650. All consultation services run through January 31, 2027. My fees include W-9 form collection, reviewing, tracking, and e-filing 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC tax forms. Additional fees will apply for any corrections after the January 31, 2027 deadline.
